How SMS Sender Pro works

Prepare your contacts and campaigns on the web, connect your Android phone, and it will then send SMS messages one by one, just as if you were sending them manually. No SMS gateway, no credits, from your own number.

How it differs from an SMS gateway

Typical SMS gateways work by sending messages to their server, which then delivers them through their own infrastructure. You pay for each message (credit), often use shared channels, and the overall cost of sending messages is usually high.

The application handles campaign preparation, queue management, and supervision over sending. However, the SMS themselves are sent by your Android phone via standard system features. Fees for SMS are charged by your operator according to your plan.

Step by step process

Contacts

Create a recipient database – manually or by importing from CSV. You can edit, search, and filter contacts. In addition to phone numbers, you can store other data (email, name, address, profession, etc.).
Recommendations
  • Keep your contacts organized – it will pay off for future campaigns.
  • You can easily store GDPR information with the contacts (purpose of processing, processing retention period).
  • If you send different types of messages, divide contacts into multiple lists (customers, patients, employees, etc.).
  • Blacklist (blocked recipients) is important – don’t send messages where you shouldn’t.

Lists

Lists are used to segment contacts. You start sending messages to selected recipient lists. One number can belong to several lists. You can also create banned recipient lists.

Project (campaign)

The project contains selected recipient lists, banned recipients, SMS text and settings (e.g. the time of sending). Starting the project creates a message queue ready to be sent.
What is usually set up
  • Select recipient lists and, if needed, lists of banned recipients
  • SMS text (ideally short, clear, with a signature).
  • The message can easily be personalized by inserting data from the contact database
  • You can set the time when the project should start sending

Connection with Android

Display a QR code in the web application. Scan it with the mobile app to create a permanent connection between apps. The phone then downloads the queue and starts sending messages.

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the web
  3. The mobile app will then log into the web and download prepared messages
  4. SMS are sent one by one via standard Android system features

Control and history

On the web you can monitor the campaign sending progress. For each contact, you can view a detailed history of sending, including the content of the messages sent.
Why it’s practical
Sending is organized, traceable, and repeatable. You don’t have to rely on copying texts into your phone, avoid mistakes when selecting contacts manually, and you always see what was sent and when.

What you need to send messages

  • Android phone with active SIM card

Speed, limits and abuse protection

The system includes limits and delays between SMS depending on the selected license. This does not restrict normal use – it is protection against spam and abuse.

GDPR in practice

SMS Sender Pro helps you keep your campaigns and contacts organized (lists, blacklist, history). The legitimacy of contacting (consents, processing purposes, contractual relationship, etc.) is your responsibility, as with standard corporate communications.
