How it works

Request Verification
The deletion request must be submitted from the email address registered with your account (or we must verify account ownership by another means).
  1. Submit your request using the form below or by email.
  2. We will verify that you are the account owner.
  3. The account and data will be deleted as soon as possible.

Which data will be deleted

  • User account and login credentials.
  • Projects and campaigns in the application.
  • Contacts, contact lists, and their assignments.
  • History of sent SMS and related metadata.
  • Access tokens and mobile app connections.
  • Blacklists and user settings.

Which data may be retained

The data listed below may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests.
  • Billing information and tax documents (if there was a payment).
  • Information about payments and transactions (to the extent required for accounting).
  • Technical logs related to service security and operation (in a limited scope).
Retention period
Billing and accounting documents: typically up to 10 years under applicable law.
Technical logs: usually up to 30 days (unless a longer retention is necessary for incident resolution).

Request Deletion

Fill in the form or email us. After your request is verified, we will delete your account and data.
Do not enter sensitive data (passwords, full payment details, etc.).
